Pacenet India

This is my first post on this forum. I came across this forum when I searched for 'broadband sucks' in Google India.

I've had a lot of problems with Pacenet India and the local cable guy which I've posted on my blog post http://
thinkabdul.com/2006/01/11/pacenet-sucks-broadband-problems-in-india/. I am so frustrated that I don't know what to do. I
would appreciate if everyone who had problems with Pacenet/Other ISPs in Mumbai/New Mumbai to post their comments/
experiences so that I can send the link to the Pacenet management and probably threaten them. They've already lost a lot
of money due to the fiber optic cuts (from what I've heard from an internal source)
