Since the advent of internet in India

Since the advent of internet in India, I have tried Netcracker,Sify and various other before settling onto vsnl,for which I opted for a five year plan. When broadband hit the lines, I switched over to Dishnet for which I shelled out more than ten thousand bucks. Finally Tata took over Dishnet and vsnl. The dedicated cable was stolen when I went out of the country and Tata never restored the connection. Moreover they were raising inflated bills and never attending to any complaints.
Last year I switched over to MTNL Broadband @256kbps and hoping for improvements in download speeds. Heard that Airtel is not so bad.
